A Great Comic About IE6
I just read this comic strip over at Smashing Magazine and actually learned a thing or two about the browser I’ve been dealing with for the last 6 years. Internet Explorer 6 is a really really bad browser. It is not standards compliant, has no features, and contains lots of security holes. According to W3 Schools there are actually more Google Chrome users (10.8%) than IE6 users (10.2%) at this point, with IE6 on the decline. Outer Spice Web Company has recently stopped supporting IE6 on its commercially released themes (we still support it on custom websites if requested by the client), and in honor of that, I’d like to post a very informative comic strip regarding IE6. If you’re wondering things like “Why is IE6 so bad?” or “Why do people still use IE6?” then you will get a lot out of this comic. Click here for a larger version.
